Relaxation in paying Additional Fees in case of Delay in filing DPT-3 for Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023 upto 31st July 2023

  • It has been specified that Companies can now file Form DPT-3 for the Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023 upto 31st July 2023 without paying any additional fees.

  • It is hereby imperative to note that Due Date for filing DPT-3 for Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023 is 30th June 2023, however, due to transition of MCA-21 Portal from version 2 to version 3, it has been decided by the Government to allow companies to file DPT-3 by 31st July 2023 without paying any additional fees.
