Regulation regarding financial results

SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Regulation 33 (3)

  • A listed company must publish financial information on a regular basis so that stakeholders, shareholders, and the general public can view its business and financial performance and make appropriate decisions in light of that review. Financial data must be reported on a quarterly, annual, and year-to-quarter basis. SEBI specifies formats for limited review reports and audit reports that must be issued alongside such financial information by listed businesses and for the presentation of such financial information by listed entities.
