Relevant Section / Rule: Section 89(6), Rule 9(3)
The Government has notified Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2024 on 15 July, 2024 to amend Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. These rules will come into force on the day of publication in the Official Gazette viz. 15 July, 2024. The Rules have notified New form MGT -6 in substitution of the earlier one.
