As per Section 11(1)(e) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and Rule 10 of the Gujarat Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2016, GujRERA’s Order-5 dated January 15, 2018, promoters are required to submit quarterly reports on their registered projects through the Gujrera portal.
Due to the simplification of the filing format, the facility for submitting the Quarterly Report (QPR) for the period ending September 2024 has been temporarily suspended.
– Consequently, the deadline for submission of the QPR, originally set for October 7, 2024, has been extended to October 22, 2024, for special cases. This extension is granted on the understanding that it does not set a precedent for future submissions.
