Relevant Act / Rule: Central Goods and Services Tax, 2017
The Ministry of Finance has issued a notification amending the earlier notification regarding the establishment of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal. The amendments include:
1) Substitution of the text in the column corresponding to serial numbers 25 and 19 as specified.
2) Insertion of a new clause (iv) following clause (iii) after the table, as detailed in the annexure.
