The Department of Telecommunications has issued a notification regarding the Telecommunications (Regulatory Sandbox) Rules, 2024. These rules establish one or more regulatory sandboxes, outlining the terms and conditions for their use. The sandboxes are designed to provide a live testing environment where new products, services, processes, and business models can be trialed with a limited group of test users for a specified duration.
These rules shall be effective from the date of their publication in Official Gazette i.e. November 28, 2024
