The Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has re-instated the Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) and Adhoc norms for the import of Menthol under ITC(HS) codes 29061110 (Natural Menthol) and 29061190 (Other Menthol). These norms, previously suspended vide Public Notice No. 48/2023 dated March 7, 2024, will now be applicable for the issuance and fixation of Advance Authorization/DFIA with immediate effect.
