National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) has issued a Circular regarding Quarterly Cyber Incident Reporting under the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Framework for Stockbrokers.

Trading members are required to report cyber incidents for the quarter ending 31-12-2024 through the member portal by 15-01-2025. The path for online submission of the Quarterly Cyber Incident Report is:
ENIT > ENIT-NEW-TRADE > Trade > Incident Report > Quarterly Report Submission.

This circular refers to the SEBI circulars SEBI/HO/MIRSD/CIR/PB/2018/147 (03-12-2018), SEBI/HO/MIRSD/TPD/P/CIR/2022/93 (30-06-2022), and NSE circulars NSE/ITRC/40081 (30-01-2019) and NSE/INSP/53387 (23-08-2022) on Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience framework for Stockbrokers/Depository Participants.

Guidelines for submitting the Quarterly Cyber Incident Report are available in Annexure 1, and Annexure 2 outlines disciplinary actions for non-submission or delayed submission.
