The RIICO Disposal of Land Rules, 1979 are guidelines used by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) for managing industrial land. Recently, some rules were deleted with saving clause to deal with old cases as follows:

Exempting industrial plot allottee from payment of retention charges for the period during which plot/shed remained on rent prior to commencement of production activities by the allottee.

Approval has been accorded for deletion. However, in those cases in which permission has already been granted, no further extension of rent period be given.

Retention charges on prorata basis where allottee has utilized the plot but completed construction in atleast 10% of plot area on ground or FAR/BAR.

Approval has been accorded for deletion. However, those cases in which demand has already been raised by the Corporation and time given in the demand notice has not been lapsed shall be dealt under the pre-existing rule.

17-E

Sub-division of large size industrial plot having area 10,000 sqm and above where there is no restriction of no. of plot carved out of the sub-division.

Approval has been accorded for deletion. However, in those cases in which final permission has already been granted at competent level and sub-division plot has been approved, shall be dealt in accordance with the pre-existing rule.
