Key Highlights: 

Industry Standards for Material Disclosures: 

    • The Industry Standards Forum (ISF), comprising *ASSOCHAM, CII, and FICCI*, in collaboration with stock exchanges and SEBI, has developed industry standards for implementing Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations. 
    • These standards aim to ensure uniform and effective disclosure of material events or information by listed entities.

Publication & Compliance: 

    • The industry associations and stock exchanges will publish the industry standards on their websites. 
    • Listed entities must follow these standards to ensure compliance with Regulation 30.
       

Stock Exchange Responsibility: 

    • Stock exchanges must notify listed entities about these standards and ensure compliance.
       

Regulatory Basis: 

    • Issued under Section 11(1) & 11A of the SEBI Act, 1992, along with *Regulation 101 of LODR Regulations. 


This initiative aims to improve transparency and ease compliance for listed entities.
