The Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (CG RERA) has signed an MoU with the UDIN Directorate to facilitate real-time validation of Unique Document Identification Numbers (UDINs) generated by professionals. This initiative aims to enhance transparency and ensure the authenticity of documents submitted under RERA regulations.

Key guidelines issued under this circular include:

1. All UDINs must be generated under the category “Certificates for RERA” specifically for any Annexure [A-1, 2, 5, 19 & 22] issued for CG RERA.
2. During UDIN validation, it is mandatory to enter the date of signing of the certificate as recorded on the UDIN portal.
3. Chartered Accountants (CAs) must mention their Membership Registration Number (MRN) at all places during the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) update process instead of the Firm Registration Number (FRN).

These measures aim to strengthen compliance and maintain the integrity of financial reporting in real estate projects.
