Haryana Right to Service Commission (HRTSC) has issued a communication regarding the de-notification of the service “Renewal of Registration Certificate” under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958. This action pertains to the Labour Department’s services under the Haryana Right to Service Act (HRTSA), 2014.
Haryana Right to Service Commission has formally agreed to the Labour Department’s proposal to de-notify the service of “Renewal of Registration Certificate” under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958. This means the service will no longer be covered under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014. The Commission has requested that the Labour Department issue a fresh notification superseding all previous notifications on this matter to reflect this change officially
