E-commerce FBOs must ensure food safety by:
1. Training delivery staff in hygiene and safe handling to prevent contamination.
2. Aligning online product claims with physical labels.
3. Ensuring products have at least 30% shelf life or 45 days before expiry at delivery.
4. Displaying FSSAI License/Registration numbers and Hygiene Ratings.
5. E-commerce platforms must list only FBOs with valid FSSAI registration.
