The CIO Conference 2025 is also a notable step in bringing together key stakeholders to enhance digital governance strategies. By aligning with the Prime Minister’s vision of “Reform, Perform, and Transform”, this initiative could lead to a more transparent and efficient government digital ecosystem.

DBIM (Digital Brand Identity Manual) is a structured document that defines the visual, verbal, and interactive identity of a brand across digital platforms. It ensures brand consistency and recognizability in online spaces such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing. The Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM) will ensure a cohesive and standardized digital presence for government platforms, making them more accessible and citizen-friendly. The inclusion of Gov.In CMS, CCPS (Centralized Content Processing System), and social media guidelines highlights a comprehensive approach to digital governance.

  • Inclusions:
    • Gov.in CMS (Content Management System) – Helps government departments manage their websites efficiently.
    • Central Content Publishing System (CCPS) – Ensures all government announcements, schemes, and policies are published centrally for better transparency.

  •  Benefits:
    • Government websites will be easier to use and more accessible.
    • Online government services will be more efficient and transparent.
    • India’s digital governance will become more secure and future-ready.

This move aligns with PM Modi’s vision of using technology to improve governance and make services citizen-friendly
