Increase in Labour Welfare Fund Contribution Limits in Haryana

The Haryana Labour Welfare Board has revised the monthly contribution limits to the Labour Welfare Fund (LWF). Effective from January 1, 2025, each employee is required to contribute 0.2% of their salary, wages, or remuneration, subject to a maximum of ₹34 per month. Employers are mandated to contribute twice the amount contributed by each employee. This adjustment reflects an increase from the previous maximum employee contribution limit of ₹31. The contribution limits will continue to be indexed annually to the consumer price index, starting from January 1 each year.
