Applicable Act/Rule: West Bengal Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2021
West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority (WBRERA) has granted an extension for the submission of quarterly updates for all registered projects, covering all quarters up to March 31, 2025. The new extended deadline is May 31, 2025.
Promoters facing any submission difficulties may write to the dedicated support email: westbengal.rera@gmail.com.
However, any failure to submit the updates by the extended deadline will attract a penalty of ₹25,000 per pending quarter, effective from June 1, 2025.
