To enhance efficiency in SME listings and streamline the filing of Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs), BSE has introduced a Generative AI-based assistance tool. This tool will allow merchant bankers to conduct a pre-validation of their draft offer documents before formal submission to the exchange.
Merchant bankers can now access a secure SFTP folder to upload draft offer documents. BSE’s AI system will review these documents based on SEBI regulations, exchange norms, and other basic compliance checks. A downloadable AI-generated report will be made available to highlight areas needing attention, helping merchant bankers refine the document prior to formal filing.

Login credentials and the process flow for uploading documents will be shared with the user upon verification.
