Companies (Listing of Equity Shares in Permissible Jurisdictions) Rules, 2024, were introduced to facilitate certain Unlisted Public Companies and eligible Listed Companies in India to list their equity shares on Permitted Stock Exchanges within Permissible Jurisdiction (i.e. International Financial Services Centre in India).
MCA has introduced an amendment in Companies (Listing of Equity Shares in Permissible Jurisdictions) Rules, 2024 vide notification of Companies (Listing of Equity Shares in Permissible Jurisdictions) Amendment Rules, 2025 on July 3, 2025.
This amendment notifies the substitution of Form LEAP-1 under the Second Schedule of the said rules.
