The Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has launched a 100-day national campaign titled “Saksham Niveshak,” running from July 28 to November 6, 2025. This drive aims to empower shareholders by raising awareness about unclaimed dividends and guiding them through the process of updating their KYC and nomination details to prevent the transfer of such amounts and shares to the IEPFA. Companies are also encouraged to proactively reach out to shareholders during this period.
