Form IEPF-5, prescribed under Rule 7 of the IEPF Authority Rules, 2016, is used by shareholders to claim refunds of shares, dividends, or other amounts transferred to the IEPF.
Form No. IEPF -5 has been substituted by the MCA with a newer version effective from October 6 respectively.
