The Haryana Government, through the Human Resources Department, has issued instructions extending the tenure of contractual staff engaged under Part-II of the Outsourcing Policy and through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL).

The new direction, conveyed via the Chief Secretary’s communication dated October 23, 2025, mandates that:

• The contractual engagement period of staff hired under Part-II of Outsourcing Policy and through HKRNL stands extended up to November 30, 2025.
• The extension applies to all Departments, Boards, Corporations, and Public Undertakings across Haryana.
• The continuation is subject to compliance with existing conditions specified in Memo No. 8018 dated March 25, 2025, issued by HKRNL.
• All administrative heads, managing directors, divisional commissioners, and deputy commissioners have been directed to ensure strict compliance with these instructions and to communicate the same to all subordinate offices.
