Applicable Section/Rule – Section 11 – Obligations of promoters including submission of quarterly progress reports
Stakeholders expressed difficulties in timely completion of the Quarterly Progress Reports for the quarter ended July–September 2025. This was reviewed by the Authority considering the hardship submitted by promoters.
The due date for submission of QPR for the quarter July–September 2025 is extended from November 30, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Promoters must comply within the extended deadline, and no further extension will be granted thereafter as clarified by the Authority.
