Securities and Exchange Board of India had earlier issued a notification dated March 3, 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, introducing amendments relating to Schedule X. The present corrigendum clarifies the scope and manner of substitution prescribed in the earlier notification.
In regulation (XCIII), the following correction has been made:
Shall be read as:
“In Schedule X, the schedule heading and Part A, Part B and Part C thereof shall be substituted with the following, namely,-”.
