This communication is issued in continuation of CPCB directions dated March 11, 2026 and March 16, 2026 regarding mandatory connectivity of industries in Delhi-NCR to the New OCEMS Portal. The earlier directions required industries to connect within specified timelines, failing which closure actions were to be initiated. Representations were received from stakeholders during CPCB review meetings seeking additional time for compliance.
