Applicable Act / Rule: Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017
As per Regulation 25(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017, Information Utilities are required to provide users with an annual statement of all information pertaining to them free of charge. This requirement applies to all registered users of the Information Utility platform. The present circular operationalizes this requirement for the financial year 2025–26.
National E-Governance Services Ltd – Information Utility has enabled the Annual Statements for the financial year 2025–26 in the Information Utility Module on April 04, 2026.
The Registered Users, using their user log-in credentials, can log in to the URL: https://iu.nesl.co.in and access the statements through Reports Menu > Annual Statement to view and/or download the reports.
NeSL has also communicated the availability of such statements to all registered users through individual emails.
