As per Section 11(1) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 read with Rule 15-1(d) of the AP RERA Rules, 2017, promoters are required to submit quarterly progress reports within seven days from the expiry of each quarter. It was observed that certain promoters have not submitted quarterly progress reports within the stipulated time.

The circular provides for a grace period of 30 days from April 16, 2025 to May 15, 2025 for submission of pending quarterly progress reports. It provides for publication of the list of promoters who have not submitted pending quarterly progress reports on May 16, 2025. It further provides that from May 16, 2025, an uninterrupted link shall be made available for submission of quarterly progress reports with penalty for each missed quarter as per Section 61 of the Act. It also provides that if any promoter fails to file three consecutive quarterly progress reports, the submission link shall be disabled and services including modification of project details, extension, and closure of project shall not be accepted.

a) Provide grace period of 30 days for submission of pending QPRs from
16/04/2025 to 15/05/2025.

b) Publish the list of Promoters who have not submitted pending QPRs in the
website on 16/05/2025.

c) Provide an uninterrupted link for submission of QPRs with penalty as per
Section 61 of the RERA Act – 2016, for each missed Quarter w.e.f from
16/05/2025 as per Annexure-I.

If any promoter failed to file three consecutive QPRs, the link will be disabled and
other services from APRERA like modification of Project Details, Extension and closure
of project will not be accepted.”

    For every missed quarter Layouts upto 5 acres – Rs.10,000/-
    Layouts more than 5 acres – Rs.20,000/-”
