The Bureau of Indian Standards (Department of Consumer Affairs) has notified the establishment of 15 Indian Standards under Rule 15(1) of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2018. The notification specifies that the standards listed in Column 2 of the Schedule have been established on the dates indicated in Column 3. Where prior standards exist, as listed in Column 4, those shall remain in force concurrently until withdrawal on the dates indicated in Column 5.
The following Indian Standards have been established with effect from March 30, 2026. Where a superseded standard exists, it remains in concurrent force until September 30, 2026.
