Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority issued this order with reference to its earlier order dated January 01, 2021, which had allowed promoters to “pull back” Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) for editing upon payment of prescribed processing fees.
The order withdraws the facility of “pull back for edit” of QPRs. The withdrawal applies to promoters using the online system for filing QPRs. Applications already pending, where the prescribed processing fee has been deposited, are permitted to avail the facility. The IT Cell is directed to disable this option on the portal.
