It is stated that during the period from 01.04.2026 to 30.04.2026, technical issues were encountered on the portal, due to which promoters were unable to file the last/required Quarterly Progress Report (QPR). Filing of the latest QPR is specified as a prerequisite for submission of the Completion Certificate (CC) on the portal. Due to these issues, promoters who had obtained the Completion Certificate were unable to file pending QPR and consequently could not submit the Completion Certificate within the prescribed timeline.
The order provides a one-time relaxation in levy of processing fees and penalty applicable for delayed filing of Completion Certificate where such delay occurred during the period from 01.04.2026 to 30.04.2026 due to technical issues. The relaxation is applicable to promoters who were unable to file the last/required QPR within the stipulated time due to system-related issues during the specified period and whose submission of Completion Certificate was held up solely due to non-filing of such QPR. The order states that it has the approval of the Chairperson and is effective immediately.
