Bureau of Indian Standards notified amendments to Indian Standards relating to room air conditioners under Rule 15(1) of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2018.
The notification establishes Amendment No. 1 dated May 2026 for the following Indian Standards:

The notification further provides that the standards without the amendments specified in column (3) shall remain in force till November 14, 2026.
