Bihar Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rule, 2024

Notification No: 09/NV (RERA-Rules)-06/2024-1813/NV&V 

Notification Date: Feb 18, 2025 

Relevant Act/Rule: RERA 2016; Bihar Real Estate (Regulation and Development ) Rules,2017 

The Bihar Government has introduced the Bihar Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2024 on Feb 18, 2025 to amend the Bihar Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,2017.  

The existing Rule 10(1) pertaining to Grant of registration to the real estate agent mentions Rule 8 as follows: 

“On receipt of the application under rule 8, the Authority shall within a period of thirty days either grant registration to the real estate agent or reject the application: 

Vide the amendment this Rule 8 shall be substituted with Rule 9 as follows: 

“On receipt of the application under rule 9, the Authority shall within a period of thirty days either grant registration to the real estate agent or reject the application” 

 Rest all provisions shall remain the same.
