Notification/Circular No. – Ref: HQ-PUB013/1/2020-PUB-BIS (1294) dated July 24, 2025
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has established a new set of Indian Standards, which will come into force immediately upon notification. These supersede earlier versions, which will remain valid concurrently until their formal withdrawal on 21 January 2026. Below is the schedule of new standards and the superseded versions:
