Ministry of Labour and Employment notified ₹19,000 per month as the remuneration amount for the purposes of clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions, 2020.
The notification provides that where remuneration is paid in the form of a lump sum amount, an equivalent amount shall be considered for determining applicability under the said provision. The notification has been issued by the Central Government in exercise of powers conferred under the Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions, 2020.
