Clarification on Fee Structure for Existing ASPs and TechFin Entities

Reference was made to the International Financial Services Centres Authority (TechFin and Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2025 and the Circular dated March 02, 2026 regarding fee structure applicable to entities undertaking permissible activities in IFSC and persons seeking guidance under the Informal Guidance Scheme.

The circular states that the fee structure specified for TechFin and Ancillary Services Providers under the Circular dated March 02, 2026 shall also apply to existing Ancillary Service Providers and existing TechFin entities continuing operations pursuant to the transition provisions under the Circular dated July 31, 2025 titled “Transition to IFSCA (TechFin and Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2025”.

The circular further provides that, as a one-time measure, applicable fees for Financial Year 2026-27 may be remitted to the Authority on or before May 31, 2026 in the manner specified under the Fee Circular. The circular has been issued under Section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 read with Regulation 15 of the TAS Regulations and comes into force with immediate effect.
