Applicable Act/Rule – Delhi Shops & Establishments Rules, 1954
The Labour Department of NCT of Delhi has issued an amendment under section 47 of the Delhi Shops & Establishments Act, 1954. The amendment removes Rule 5 entirely from the existing Rules, simplifying the regulatory framework
The amendment consists of a single but significant modification: Rule 5 of the Delhi Shops & Establishments Rules, 1954 is completely omitted
