The Government of Karnataka has published the draft of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Karnataka) Rules, 2026 for the information of all persons likely to be affected. The draft rules shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of forty-five days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Any objections or suggestions received from any person within the specified period shall be considered by the State Government and may be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Labour Department, Vikasa Soudha, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bengaluru.
