The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has extended the submission deadline for the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) for the quarter of July to September 2025, due to IT-related technical issues and representations from stakeholders.
The due date for filing the QPR for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, originally October 31, 2025, has been extended to November 30, 2025. The extension is granted without any delay processing charges or penalties. All registered promoters are required to ensure timely submission of the QPR through their RERA dashboards before the revised deadline. This extension was approved by the Hon’ble Chairperson of Rajasthan RERA.
