The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority has issued this Order extending the due date for filing the Annual Progress Report (APR) for the financial year 2024–25 in view of portal-related technical issues and representations received from stakeholders. Considering difficulties faced by professionals and promoters due to issues on the UDIN Portal of ICAI, the Authority has extended the last date for online submission of APR from December 31, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
The extension has been granted without levy of any delay processing charges or penalty. It has been expressly clarified that this is a one-time relaxation and no further extension beyond February 28, 2026 will be allowed under any circumstances.
