Taxpayers are eligible for a 10% rebate on lump sum payment of property tax if paid by June 30 of the financial year. To support taxpayers and reduce last-minute congestion, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has extended this deadline.
MCD has extended the deadline for availing 10% rebate on lump sum payment of property tax for Financial Year 2025–26. Taxpayers can now make the lump sum payment with rebate until July 31, 2025 (extended from June 30, 2025).
