With effect from January 03, 2026, the single filing system has been extended for Integrated Filing(financials) under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Listed entities are requested to submit disclosures via this integrated system and avoid multiple filings of the same disclosure on both exchanges. Any clarification requested post-submission must be addressed only to the exchange that raised it.
