With effect from July 07, 2025, listed companies on both BSE and NSE are required to:

1. Submit disclosures related to awarding, bagging/ receiving, amendment or termination of awarded/bagged orders/contracts (whether in normal course or not in normal course first in PDF format as per existing practice.
2. Within 24 hours of the PDF filing, file the same event in XBRL format using the new utilities provided by each exchange.

For BSE, the XBRL filing must be done via:

• Listing Compliance → XBRL Section → Awarding, Bagging, Receiving of Orders or Contracts in Listing Centre
• The iXBRL reports will be made available at: BSE Corporate Announcements XBRL. (Announcement Submission Type: Announcement-xbrl) 

For NSE, the XBRL filing must be done via:

• Compliance → Common XBRL Upload → Equity Announcement-XBRL → Awarding or Bagging of Orders/Contracts
• The iXBRL disclosures will be viewable at https://www.nseindia.com/companies-listing/corporate-filings announcements-xbrl (selection of announcement type) and it will also be made available to the listed entities at the path Report >> Announcement XBRL Report in NEAPS.

Notes:

• Exchanges observed that companies were incorrectly submitting such disclosures under “Updates” or “Press Release.” Henceforth, entities must select the subject as:
  “Awarding/Bagging/Receiving of order(s)/contract(s)”
• Existing PDF compliance is still valid, but XBRL submission must follow within 24 hours.
