CDSCO had earlier mandated that all applications for the WHO-GMP Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (COPP) be submitted exclusively through the ONDLS portal from July 15, 2025, thereby discontinuing the acceptance of physical submissions.
The deadline for mandatory submission of WHO-GMP (COPP) applications via the ONDLS portal has now been extended to August 15, 2025. From this date onwards:
CDSCO is conducting knowledge sessions at zonal and sub-zonal levels to assist stakeholders in transitioning to the online system.
