To simplify and speed up the process of approval for Schemes of Arrangement filed by listed companies, SEBI has directed NSE and BSE to issue a joint Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This SOP aims to bring uniformity, reduce delays, and ensure transparency in handling these applications.
The SOP includes the following annexures:
