“Vide order no. 1166 dated 31.07.2025, it was provided that failure to submit three consecutive QPR’s would trigger Suo-moto proceedings for non-compliance.
Upon review, the Authority has observed that the said period is relatively long and may delay timely regulatory intervention.
Accordingly, after due deliberations, the threshold is revised from THREE to TWO consecutive defaults in submission of QPR’s.
The IT Cell shall ensure necessary changes in the system accordingly.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.”
