Reiteration of Online Deemed Export Application Guidelines

Notification/Circular No.: Trade Notice No. 10/2025-26 dated August 28, 2025

Applicable Act/Rule – Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has reiterated that all applications for availing benefits under Deemed Exports must strictly be filed through the online module available on the DGFT website. This follows the earlier introduction of the online system via Trade Notice No. 12/2021-22 dated July 28, 2021.

DGFT has clearly stated that manual applications will not be accepted at any Regional Authority (RA) or Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Exporters and trade members must ensure that the procedure outlined in the earlier notice is fully complied with while submitting claims.

This reiteration is aimed at ensuring uniformity, faster processing, and complete digitisation of deemed export-related applications
