In continuation of earlier advertisement guidelines issued on May 22, 2025, the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has issued fresh directions based on stakeholder feedback.

• QR Code Relaxation for Outdoor Hoardings:
  Promoters and Real Estate Agents are no longer required to mandatorily include the QR code on outdoor hoardings.
• Simplified Website Mentioning:
  Instead of the phrase “RERA Website”, advertisements can directly mention the official link: https://rera.rajasthan.gov.in.
• Social Media QR Code Dispensation:
  For social media ads, mentioning a QR code is no longer mandatory. However, a minimum font size of 3pt must be used to ensure visibility.
• Mandatory RERA Number in Radio Ads:
  For radio advertisements, the RERA registration number of the project must be announced.
