BSE Notice No – 20250820-10 dated August 20, 2025
BSE has updated the eligibility criteria for companies listed on other recognised stock exchanges seeking direct listing on the Main Board. The changes are applicable from August 11, 2025.
The revised criteria, outlined in Annexure A, set updated financial thresholds and compliance requirements to ensure that companies meet the standards for Main Board listing.
