Applicable Act/Rule: Chhattisgarh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016
Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (CG-RERA) has issued this amended circular to standardise procedures, fees, and late fees for extension and regularisation of real estate project registrations.
Extension of Project Registration:
Promoters seeking extension must submit Form-E with reasons, valid Coloniser Licence or self-declaration, Annexure-23 (if second extension), No Objection Certificate from two-thirds of allottees for extensions exceeding one year, and all QPR/AAR compliances.
Late Fee Structure for Extension Applications:

2 | Application submitted within 3 months before registration expiry | 50% of Registration Fee |
3 | Application submitted within 3 months after registration expiry | 75% of Registration Fee |
4 | Application submitted within 6 months after registration expiry | 75% of Registration Fee |
5 | Application submitted within 12 months after registration expiry | 100% of Registration Fee |
Regularisation of Projects:
For projects with expired registration but with Completion Certificate (CC):
This circular supersedes previous orders and circulars (Order Nos. 13, 15, 16; Circulars 36, 114, 129). Completion will be accepted only on the basis of QPR submitted by the promoter
