NSE Clearing Limited mandates periodic submissions from clearing members to ensure compliance with financial and operational norms. Annual Returns and Net Worth Certificates are key requirements to verify financial soundness and continued eligibility of members.
All Clearing Members, Self-Clearing Members, and Professional Clearing Members are required to:
Members must ensure compliance with the minimum net worth requirement (higher of Base Net Worth or Variable Net Worth), as prescribed in the SEBI Gazette Notification dated February 23, 2022.
Non-submission of these documents within due dates, or shortfall in net worth, will attract action under NCL Circular No. NCL/CMPL/67806 dated April 30, 2025, and Administrative Circular No. NCL/CMPL/67927 dated May 8, 2025. Operational guidelines for both submissions will be issued separately.
