Submission of e-verification reports & appointment of nodal officer

MCA in supersession of OM No. 16/01/2018 dated 17.12.21 has made available the facility for appointment of Nodal Officer through IEPF-2 & filing of Verification Report under Rule 7(3) & 7(7) of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority(Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund)Rules, 2016 to all companies and banks having BCIN in MCA Ver 3.
Hence, all the companies and banks are required to appoint a Nodal Officer through IEPF-2 and submit e-verification reports online through MCA ver 3 portal. Verification Report sent via e-mail or hard copy shall no longer be accepted.
